Introduction
"Jessie Jay Cloth " is committed to your satisfaction. If you have purchased hard goods/subscription from Jessie Jay Cloth and are unhappy with the product received, you may be eligible for a refund/partial refund if requested within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Refunds of Hard Goods:
To be eligible for return, refund, or exchange, the following steps must be taken:
- Refund must be requested in writing by contacting jessiejaycloth@gmail.com
- Request of refund must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date
- We will request photos of the issue(s)
- Hard goods must be returned to Jessie Jay Cloth immediately, according to the instructions you will receive once contacting jessiejaycloth@gmail.com as directed in step 1.

To receive a full refund, be sure to return your items within 14 days using the prepaid shipping label we provided. After 14 days, the label will no longer be valid, and your refund will not be processed.
- All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date.
- The item(s) must be unused and returned in the original packaging, in like-new, or re-sellable condition, as determined in Jessie Jay Cloth sole, reasonable discretion.
Non-returnable Items:
The following items are non-returnable as stated at the time of purchase on jessiejaycloth.com
- Custom or Personalized Orders
- Digital Downloads
- Intimate items for health/hygiene reasons
In the event of a return, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping charges. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you receive a refund, we will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund if we provide a prepaid label.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

What happens if my order is returned to sender?
If your order is returned to sender, you will be refunded (minus the shipping costs) once Jessie Jay Cloth has received the product(s). A 15% restocking fee will also be applied. To prevent this from happening Double Check that your address is correct. Items can be sent again instead or refunded; once you pay the new shipping fee.
