Shipping Insurance

To add shipping insurance on your package CLICK HERE Shipping Insurance covers up to $5,000.

Domestic Rates: .89 Flate Rate for $50 and under 

.89 for $100 shipping insurance (if you need more then $100 coverage you will add .89 per $100 ) .89 + .89 = 1.78 and will cover $200 shipping insurance. So just add the listing twice or more to cover your total. 

International: $1.00 for orders $50 and under 

$1.29 for $100 shipping insurance (if you need more then $100 coverage you will add $1.29 per $100) $1.29 + $1.29 = $2.58 and will cover $200 shipping insurance

PROCESSING TIME

All of our products are handmade with love ♥ therefore we need time to process each order. Business days are Monday through Friday; I spend the weekends with my family; this applies to holidays as well. Here's how to find out how much shipping will be: Add all of your desired products to your cart, put in your address at checkout and your shipping price will be displayed before you purchase. 

  • RTS Items are ready in 1-4 business days
  • Custom Items will be ready in 2-7 business days.
  • TAT will vary, but is always updated frequently, and posted at the very top of the website 

The TAT is updated at the top of the website where everyone can see it. 

The majority of Ready To Ship items still need topstitched and snaps attached. Because of this, your order will take slightly longer to be shipped. My business sells on a number of platforms, so sometimes in stock items can sell on one platform but still be available on the website. Simply put, it takes me a little longer to make a new item to fulfill your order than if it were RTS.  


In the event of a return, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping charges. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you receive a refund, we will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund if we provide a prepaid label. 

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

 
MISSING MAIL

If you’re having an issue with your package please check with the shipping carrier you picked at checkout. If a package is too large it may have been left on your front porch or at the front office at an apartment complex. To contact your mail carrier for assistance use the links below:

We suggest that you choose Insured shipping during checkout.

Priority Insured Mail


Insurance covers your package in the case your package is lost, damaged, or stolen during shipping. Claims will have to be settled with the shipping carrier. Once your package is shipped all communication should be with the shipping carrier. 

If the customer chooses First Class or uninsured shipping they assume all risk associated with lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

 

 

SHIPPING & TRACKING

Shipping is Monday through Friday and weekends will not count for the time frame of shipping. We Process orders very quickly so please contact us if there are any issues with the address you entered for shipping. Pease note, we do not offer refunds/replacements for lost/stolen packages if your order has been marked as DELIVERED.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Make sure to include your full address. The customer is responsible for re-paying shipping charges on orders returned due to wrong address. Shipping charges are non-refundable once a shipping label is purchased.
  • Estimated shipping time is 2-6 business days after processing.
  • Please allow between 1-2 business days for your tracking number to update once you receive your tracking number by email.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Customs Fees, Duties and Taxes

All orders placed outside of the United States may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees and/or charges, which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Jessie Jay Cloth. 

Jessie Jay Cloth  is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United States.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

  • Estimated shipping time for international orders is 6-13 business days after processing.

Jessie Jay Cloth IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TAXES OR FEES DUE AT CUSTOMS ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
