- ILPs help to "wick" the flow to the center of your pad, away from the sides, front or back. They can be worn laying flat on top of your pad, or rolled/slightly folded lengthwise/somewhat tucked in to fit between labia. 

• Rolled recommendation size: 3 x 2.5, 4 x 3.5 
• Flat lay recommendation size: All 4 sizes 

- As boosters, they increase absorbency of the pads they are worn with. Can be worn for mild urinary incontinence. Replace with clean ones once soaked. Terry cloth or HBFT options recommended.

- You can also use as wingless liners for discharge, Cup Spots, Nursing pads, face wipes + more! 

HBFT = Heavy Bamboo French Terry which is 500GSM and great for a heavy flow option. Smooth Fabric 

Terry Cloth is like a towel fabric. Topper fabric can also be cotton instead of flannel for a variety of prints to be added.

Wash on warm or cold. Tumble dry on low or line dry, or lay flat to dry. Do not use fabric Softener, or harsh detergents as they can damage your wipes.
