ILPs help to "wick" the flow to the center of your pad, away from the sides, front or back. They can be worn laying flat on top of your pad, or rolled/slightly folded lengthwise/somewhat tucked in to fit between labia. 

As boosters, they increase absorbency of the pads they are worn with. Can be worn for mild urinary incontinence. Replace with clean ones once soaked. Terry cloth or HBFT options recommended.

You can also use as wingless liners for discharge. The options are endless!
